Film packages
Listing Film — $149 USD: one property, 45–60 seconds, up to 12 photographs. Directed camera motion and a complete editorial sequence. Custom property titles, your logo and call to action. Full landscape and vertical editions. One consolidated revision round.
Showcase Film — From $699 USD: one property, 2–3 minutes, up to 35 photographs. A chaptered story, approved outline and tailored feature titles. More spaces, amenities and details in one complete film. Full landscape and vertical editions, plus two separate 45–60-second social films. Two consolidated revision rounds; final scope quoted.
Each paid film package includes a 4K landscape master, a web-ready HD copy, a full vertical edition, licensed music and silent copies, your supplied branding, a property title and call to action. The standard packages above have main films of at least 45 seconds. The free sample film is 30–45 seconds, made from a current listing’s photos. Photo permissions and timing are confirmed before production. Included social films use scenes from the approved main film. 4K describes the landscape delivery resolution; visible detail depends on the source photographs. We confirm source suitability, achievable duration, applicable taxes, timing and the final written scope before production. Showcase starts at $699; its final price is agreed in writing before production.
Approval and invoicing
Invoiced after you approve your film. No payment is required for the free sample film.
Portfolio & agency plans
Monthly Agent Plan: $399/mo for 4 films. Team Plan: $749/mo for 10 films. Film scope, shared branding, delivery schedule and review process are agreed before production. Larger portfolios and custom briefs receive a written quote. Invoiced after you approve your film.
Narration, captured-footage editing and custom briefs are quoted individually. These services do not include onsite filming.
Source material and accuracy
You must own or have the necessary permission to share, modify and use source photography, footage, music, logos and other assets. A publicly accessible listing is not proof of those rights. We confirm production-provider processing permissions before upload. Photo-based AI motion can introduce errors; we review shots and replace unsuitable results. A photo-based film does not establish unseen layout. Connected walkthroughs require captured footage and a verified route.
Review and delivery
We agree the delivery date after reviewing source material. Private previews may carry a Luven watermark. Final paid exports use the agreed branding and have no Luven preview watermark. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback within the approved brief. Listing Film includes one round; Showcase includes two. Monthly plan deliverables and review allowances are agreed in the written scope. Corrections to our own factual or technical errors do not use your allowance. Additional rounds, new source material, extra versions or a changed creative direction are quoted for your approval before work proceeds.
Rights and platforms
Music and third-party elements remain subject to their licenses. We confirm intended publishing channels before production; platforms may have additional requirements. We do not promise acceptance by every listing portal or a particular increase in bookings, leads or sale price. Public portfolio use requires separate permission.
Cancellations and concerns
No charge applies to submitting an inquiry. Before accepting a paid order, we provide written payment, cancellation and refund terms for that project. Contact everest@luven.ai about scope or delivery.
Website examples
The Paradisus Bali films are independent, non-commissioned creative studies made from licensed property photographs. They are shown at their original 33- and 48-second lengths and do not represent the runtimes of the current packages. The property has not commissioned or endorsed them. Source credits and the study’s reuse terms appear on the film pages.
