Luven Visuals is operated by Luven Technologies LLC. This website accepts project inquiries. It does not collect payments or automatically place an order.
The two film packages
Photo Film — $199 USD: one property, 25–35 seconds from 8–12 photographs. A concise property presentation with one consolidated revision round.
Signature Film — $299 USD: one property, 45–60 seconds from 12–16 photographs. One approved story angle and short written outline, up to four property-feature text callouts, one separate 10–15 second vertical edit from approved film scenes, and two consolidated revision rounds within the approved direction.
Both include landscape and vertical editions of the main film, licensed music and silent copies, your supplied branding, a property title and call to action. We confirm source suitability, achievable duration, any applicable taxes, timing and the final written scope before payment. Extra work requires a separate agreement.
Portfolio and bespoke projects
Multiple properties, narration, captured-footage walkthrough editing and briefs beyond the two film packages are quoted individually. Their written scope sets deliverables, revision allowance, approvals, timing and payment terms. An initial portfolio project is quoted for its own scope, and a wider rollout requires a separate agreement. Neither film package includes onsite filming.
Source material and accuracy
You must own or have the necessary permission to share, modify and use source photography, footage, music, logos and other assets. A publicly accessible listing is not proof of those rights. We confirm production-provider processing permissions before upload. Photo-based AI motion can introduce errors; we review shots and replace unsuitable results. A photo film does not establish unseen layout. Connected walkthroughs require captured footage and a verified route.
Review and delivery
We agree the delivery date after reviewing source material. Private previews may carry a Luven watermark. Final paid exports use the agreed branding and have no Luven preview watermark. Consolidated revision rounds cover adjustments within the agreed brief; corrections to our own factual or technical errors are included. New source material, a different story direction or a changed brief may require a new quote, which you can accept or decline.
Rights and platforms
Music and third-party elements remain subject to their licenses. We confirm intended publishing channels before production; platforms may have additional requirements. We do not promise acceptance by every listing portal or a particular increase in bookings, leads or sale price. Public portfolio use requires separate permission.
Cancellations and concerns
No charge applies to submitting an inquiry. Before accepting a paid order, we provide written payment, cancellation and refund terms for that project. Contact everest@luven.ai about scope or delivery.
