Luven Visuals is a property-film service operated by Luven Technologies LLC. For questions about your information, email everest@luven.ai.
Information you give us
The inquiry form collects your name, business, email address, business type, selected film or project interest, project description, and any property link or intended publishing channels you choose to share. Please do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to assess your project, respond, prepare a scope and maintain our project records. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not sell inquiry information or publish your inquiry.
Where it goes
The website uses OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare-backed hosting and database to store inquiries. We use Google Workspace for business email. These providers process information needed to operate those services. We may use AI assistance to review and organize inquiries and draft responses. Avoid sharing confidential property-access details.
Photography and production
Submitting a property link does not give us permission to publish your photography or create a public sample. Before production, we confirm your rights to the source material, the processing tools to be used, and the intended uses. AI production providers can have their own data-use terms; we address those before uploading your project assets.
Technical information
We use limited connection information, submission timestamps and your email address to prevent spam and duplicate requests. Our hosting providers may also process connection and security logs. The site does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Platform features may use their own service cookies.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry records while they are useful for your request and related business records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may retain information needed for an existing contract, financial record or legal obligation. Tell us if you do not want further contact; we retain the minimum suppression record needed to respect that request.
