Showcase creates a 2–3-minute property story plus two social films, suited to properties with more spaces and experiences to show. We confirm the right runtime and final scope from the available photographs before production.

We agree a delivery date after reviewing your images, brief and our production schedule. Production starts when the written scope and source permissions are in place. Invoiced after you approve your film.
Listing Film includes up to 12 selected photographs and Showcase up to 35. Send the highest-quality originals available, covering the spaces you want to feature. Additional images can be included in a custom quote. You need permission to edit and process them for the film, which may require your photographer’s approval.
These packages use AI-assisted motion based on your photographs, followed by professional editing and finishing. They do not include onsite filming or verify how rooms connect. A walkthrough made from captured footage requires a separate brief.
Tell us your intended websites, social channels and listing portals. We check format requirements and music usage before you order; individual portals set their own rules.
Listing Film includes one consolidated revision round; Showcase includes two. A round means one combined set of feedback within the approved brief. Corrections to our own factual or technical mistakes do not use your allowance. Additional rounds, new photographs, extra versions or a new creative direction are quoted for approval before we proceed. Read the project terms.
