The same care, whichever film you choose.

Both include landscape and vertical editions of the main film, licensed music and silent copies, your supplied branding, a title and call to action, source-photo checks and a private review. Final paid files have no Luven preview watermark.

Suitable source material, achievable duration, timing and any applicable tax are confirmed before payment. Revision rounds cover changes within the approved direction. Narration and new creative directions are quoted separately.

Which film is right for my property?

Photo Film gives one property a concise introduction. Signature gives the story more room: an approved angle and outline, up to four feature callouts, a separate short social edit and an additional revision round. We can help you choose after looking at your photos.

How long does production take?

We confirm a delivery date after reviewing your photos, brief and the current production schedule. Production begins after the written scope, source permissions and agreed payment are in place. We do not promise a rush date before checking the material.

Can the film show a true walkthrough?

Photo-based motion can bring each view to life, but it does not verify how rooms connect. A connected walkthrough is a separately scoped edit from suitable captured footage and a confirmed route. Onsite filming is not included.

Where can I use the film?

Landscape and vertical editions suit property websites and social channels. Tell us the exact intended placements so we can check requirements and music usage. Listing portals have their own rules; we confirm compatibility before you order.

What happens if I want changes?

Photo Film includes one consolidated feedback round; Signature includes two within the approved story direction. Corrections to our own factual or technical mistakes are included. A new brief, new property or new source material may need a separate quote. Read the project terms.

Do I need permission from my photographer?

You need permission to edit, process and use the photos for the planned film. Your photographer may own the copyright. We check source permissions before production and ask separately before using a client film in our portfolio.
